This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should be read alongside our main Terms. It applies to any order you place with us.
Shipping options. Many of our products ship free within the United States — see individual product pages for details. In some cases, a third-party supplier manages our inventory and ships your products directly.
Delivery times. All times and dates given for delivery are estimates made in good faith, not guarantees. Once your order leaves our facility (or our supplier's), we'll email you a tracking number. If tracking hasn't updated within 48 hours, check your junk mail folder, then contact us.
